Tracking & Returns

Every order comes with its own tracking number after being fullfilled. You'll get a confirmation email when your bracelet has been sent from our warehouse.


Please, keep in mind, that engraved orders are sent on the date listed  on the product page. The next round of engraved orders will be sent on 2019 October 27th.


Products ordered from Shkertik can be returned within 45 days (return shipment is free within the EU). For all other regions please contact our customer service at wind@skrt.lt


Engraved orders cannot be returned.

I need it shipped out IMMEDIATELY. What should I do?

We can ship out non-engraved orders within 24 hours. In that case, we'd recommend you select the Express shipping options and get it in less than 3 business days. 


Engraved orders are sent on the date noted on the product page, just above the "Add to cart" button.

How do shippings for engraved orders work?

Engraved bracelets take a bit longer to make, so we only ship them out on certain dates. If you place an order with an engraving, the bracelet will be sent on the date listed on the product page, just above the "Add to cart" button. You can still select Express shipping and get it sooner, though.


For example, if you place an order on October 3rd (with Express shipping) and engraved orders are said to be shipped on October 11th, then you'll receive your bracelet no later than October 17th.

Will I get a tracking number?

Of course! You'll receive the tracking number in your email once the order is shipped, so you can check the status of your shipment whenever possible.


If you didn't receive your tracking number, even though your order has been shipped - please contact us immediately at wind@skrt.lt

Still haven't received my order.

There are a few reasons why that could be.

1. You ordered a bracelet with custom engraving and you didn't notice the date of shipment.

2. The postal service has done something with your order or you weren't reachable by the contact info.

Of course - we can make it possible! Just write us the text in the order comments in your cart OR reach out to us after you've ordered and we'll insert a little handwritten note to the box
